We were lucky enough to get in at AZ West as new patients after a less than desirable experience at another local clinic. We could immensely tell how much the team here cares. We couldn't go in with our dog, who is blind due to covid-19 but Monica and Dr. Fricke took such great care of her and have just gone above and beyond to help us and give us answers. The other techs I have spoken with have also been super nice and caring. I am so thrilled that we are able to bring our Lucy here.

I moved to Yuma 6 months ago, my cat needs prescription food and I spoke with other vet practices in Yuma (3 in total) and all of the practices were giving me an appointment in 2-3 months since my cat was a new patient, but ONLY AWVC gave me a solution and took the time to talk to me about my concern. I made an appointment with them for my cat, even though it took 2 months, it was worthy.

The doctor and staff are friendly, knowledgeable and patient, they take the time to listen to your concerns. I adopted a dog from HSOY and without any hesitation I took him there. He is a big dog and has lots of energy, and the staff and doctor were amazing. I am very happy to have found them. Thank you!

I love this vet office. I switched almost 2 years ago and I've been very satisfied. The veterinarian is knowledgeable and really listens to her client's questions and concerns when dealing with a patient for any reason. I take my dog here for everything from getting shots and checkups to nail trims. They are great and treat every animal and their humans like family.

My dog has anxiety at any vet visit due to a severe bout with parvovirus less than 1wk after adopting her from HSoY (she was about 2.5 months old) and the resulting multiple visits involving IVs of water, testing, and being generally poked and prodded repeatedly for 4 days straight.

She is now 8 years old and the vet along with all the staff make adjustments to help her feel more comfortable and accommodate her to help ease her anxiety. I can't say enough great things about this place.
